Sending the package
We have practically all the products in our stock. This allows us to be really efficient when it comes to shipping your orders. In the case of not having a product in stock, we will carry out all the necessary procedures to deliver your order in the shortest possible time, informing you, at all times, of the status of your order.
Orders will leave our store the day after having received your order and verified the payment thereof, arriving at their destination within an approximate period of 24/48 hours, for orders received before 1:00 p.m. from Monday to Thursday. On Fridays, they will be delivered the Monday following the order date.
For orders that. do not exceed 10 Kg, and more than 1.5 meters, only € 6 + VAT to the peninsula. For the rest of merchandise and islands, CONSULT.

The delivery time is 24/48 hours.
The form of payment is by credit card, bank transfer and PayPal.
When the form of payment is made by bank transfer, you should send us by email, the proof of the transfer, indicating the following information:
NAME AND SURNAME
ORDER NUMBER
ORDER DATE
The shipping costs will be 6 euros + VAT.
CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA, BALEARIC ISLANDS.
Due to the special tax regime in these areas, we still do not serve products.

Delivery times
All orders placed after 5:00 p.m. will be processed from the next day. Likewise, orders placed on the weekend or on holidays will be processed from the next business day. Depending on the shipping method and the destination country, the delivery time may vary. In general, a peninsular shipment within the national territory takes between 24/48 hours from when the package leaves our facilities.
When a customer places an order with several products, the package will not leave our central warehouse until we have received all the items, unless otherwise indicated (note that it may carry an extra shipping cost).
During holiday periods or promotions such as Christmas Kings, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc., please bear in mind that, due to excess orders, your order could be delayed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
All of our products have a stock label. This means that the shipment will be more or less fast.
